This page explains which personal data CosmoHub processes, for what purposes, who it is shared with, and what rights you have.
Data we process
Account details (name, email), profile and CV content, startup, hub, program and event records, messages and files, plus session and usage logs.
Purposes
Opening and securing your account, producing the content and notifications on the platform, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service, and is visible to others according to your own sharing choices (profile visibility, share links). Data is not sold.
Retention
Data is kept while the account is open. When an account is deleted, data is erased except where a legal retention obligation applies.
Rights and requests
You can download and correct your data and delete your account. The channel for requests will be named in the final text.
