Terms of Use

CosmoHub is a startup ecosystem platform that brings together founders, mentors, investors and hubs such as incubators, accelerators and communities. It offers profile, startup and idea pages, program and event applications, job postings, messaging, meeting scheduling and AI-assisted tools.

Signing up for and using CosmoHub is free.

• You must be at least 18 to create an account; if you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the permission of your parent or guardian.
• You must give accurate and up-to-date information when signing up and on your profile; you may not create an account in someone else's name or impersonate anyone.
• Each person uses a single account; you may not transfer your account or let others use it.
• You are responsible for the security of your password and account. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, change your password immediately and let us know.
• If you create an account or act on behalf of an organization (a hub, company or fund), you confirm that you are authorized to represent it.

You keep the rights to the text, images, documents and other content you upload (ideas, business plans, profile details, messages), and you are responsible for it. You grant us a free, non-exclusive permission, limited to the duration of the service, to display and store your content on the platform, share it with the people you choose and run the features you start.

When you enter other people's personal data (such as the email addresses of people you invite or the shareholders you add to a cap table), you confirm that you have the necessary legal basis for doing so and that you have informed those people.

On the platform you may not:

• Share content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, obscene or that infringes the rights of others
• Use others' intellectual property, trade secrets or personal data without permission
• Send unsolicited bulk messages or use the invitation and messaging features for advertising
• Create fake personal or organization profiles, or appear verified when you are not
• Deceive others with promises of investment, partnership or sales
• Crawl the platform with automated tools, extract data in bulk, or try to bypass security measures or disrupt the service
• Try to access another user's account without permission

If you see content or an account that breaks these rules, let us know with the "Report" button on the relevant page.

The results of idea analysis, the business plan and valuation assistants, patent similarity research and similar tools are automatically generated suggestions and may be wrong or incomplete. They are not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Verify them independently before you base important decisions on them.

CosmoHub brings users together; it is not a party to the investment, partnership, mentoring, employment or sales relationships formed between users, or to pre-order letters. No money is transferred through the platform. Rights and obligations arising from these relationships exist only between the parties; it is your responsibility to do the necessary due diligence before making an investment or agreement decision.

A verification badge shows that certain documents of the relevant hub, investor or mentor account have been reviewed; it is not a guarantee of that person's or organization's reliability, financial standing or the quality of their services.

CosmoHub's name, logo, interface, software and all content other than user content belong to us or are licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Protecting the ideas you share on the platform is your responsibility; you decide who can see your ideas through visibility settings. CosmoHub does not guarantee that an idea you share will not be used by someone else.

If we find a breach of these terms, unlawful use or a situation that threatens other users' safety, we may remove content, temporarily suspend an account or close it; where possible we will tell you why.

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. A 30-day waiting period starts after you request deletion; you can cancel your request during this period.

We work to provide the platform without interruptions or errors; however, the service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We may change, add or remove features.

We are not liable for damages arising from content shared by users, relationships between users or decisions based on the suggestions of AI tools, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence and cases where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page and the date at the top changes. For material changes we will let you know in advance and ask you to accept the new version if needed; continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes; where you act as a consumer, the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 on consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.
