This page explains the terms, rights and responsibilities that apply when using CosmoHub.
Scope of the service
CosmoHub is a platform that connects founders, mentors, investors and hubs. It is not a party to the agreements users make with each other.
Accounts and eligibility
Whoever opens an account is responsible for the accuracy of the details they provide and for the security of that account. Accounts cannot be transferred.
Content rules
Misleading or unlawful content, content that infringes someone else's rights, and unsolicited bulk messaging are not allowed. Responsibility for content lies with whoever uploaded it.
Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended or closed if the rules are broken, and you can delete your own account at any time.
Liability and changes
The service is provided "as is". When the terms change, the change is published on this page with its effective date.
